  • 10:10 a.m. Monks’ alms-round outside
    the residence building in the monastery.
  • 10:20 a.m. Taking the Three Refuges and the Five Precepts, followed by chanting of
    Dhamma- cakkappavattana Sutta.
  • 11:00 a.m. Meal offering within the residence building. • 12:30 p.m. Ceremony of asking for forgiveness.
  • 12:50 p.m. Sitting in meditation and listening to

dhamma talks. • 1:40 p.m. Program ends.
