As requested by the community, Ajahn Chichung has agreed to lead the weekly guided meditation sessions on Sundays. This is a great opportunity for our community to practice mindfulness and compassion together, and to benefit from Ajahn’s wisdom and experience. Unless there is a special occasion or a schedule conflict, you can expect to see Ajahn every Sunday from 10 am to about 2 p.m. Please join us for this wonderful gift of Dhamma.
If you are sensitive to insect bites or tend to attract mosquitoes, you may want to take some precautions before joining the forest meditation session in the evening. You can either sit inside a mosquito tent or apply some insect repellent on your skin. This will help you avoid any discomfort or distraction during the meditation.
